“I have recently worked in a restaurant establishment in Alberta, Canada for two years as a Food Counter Attendant and have finished my contract last year. I have had worked as an Assistant Manager in the same restaurant here in the Philippines, several years ago and has experienced handling a store/restaurant operation. I took up Hotel and Restaurant Management at St. Paul College in Manila and have dreamed of having my own restaurant business; but since I have long been working in a low skilled position I feel that it is time for me to upgrade my skills to be more competitive in my education and skill; as a result, and studied Six (6) month National Certificate in Hospitality (Operations Supervision) Level 4, which will commence on September 5, 2011 in Auckland Campus of NTEC New Zealand, reading the course content from the website finds me the best interest in helping to re-fresh my skills and qualifications , Most significantly of all however, is to increase my managerial skills in dealing with people and about store/restaurant establishment supervision and operations too.
